Your Tracking Number
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are picked and handed to our courier within 24 hours of payment clearing, on business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Irish public holiday are queued and dispatched on the next working day.
Republic of Ireland orders travel with An Post Tracked or DPD and typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Northern Ireland orders use a tracked service and typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days. Dublin customers ordering before 5pm on a working day qualify for free same day delivery by our own drivers, usually arriving by 9pm.
These timeframes are carrier estimates rather than guarantees and can shift during busy periods or bad weather.
Signing for Your Delivery
As a licensed retailer of nicotine inhaling products, we are required to confirm the recipient is 18 or over. Your courier will ask for an adult signature and may request photo ID if your age is in question. If nobody is available to sign, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
If Your Order Hasn't Moved
Tracking updates can occasionally lag behind the parcel itself, particularly during busy periods. If your tracking has not updated in a few days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us and we will look into it on our end.
